Located on Jabotinsky Street, the project is a central entry point to the city and its surroundings, offering considerable emphasis on preserving and integrating with the existing urban environment. Several key design principles were incorporated into the building plan: the orientation of the building toward the sea, granting generous balcony space to each apartment, meticulous attention to functional and aesthetic finishing, a designed entrance lobby with a residents’ club, and dedicated commercial areas at ground level.
